Newly fitted kitchen with AGA, gas hob, microwave/combi oven, built in Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and Freezer.

Large, light and separate dining room with stereo, settee and mini library of books, CD’s & DVD’s – This is a great room to get away from the TV and relax, or to enjoy a relaxed meal.

Upstairs: luxury bathroom with original enamel roll top bath, separate shower cubicle & power shower. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed & TV/DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a single bed. (As with all properties of this type) steep and narrow stairs lead to a light and airy bedroom on the top floor with a double and a single bed, there is also a 20” TV in this room. For your comfort we have put top quality mattresses made by ‘Hypnos’ in all bedrooms.

Outside: There is a safe, secluded and south facing garden, complete with table & chairs. Beyond the gate there is an alleyway that leads down into town.
